• When will my order ship?

All sets have a standard creation timeframe of 1 week. After the processing period, your order is shipped with the shipping service you select. Once your order ships a shipping confirmation email, which includes your tracking details, will be sent to the email address associated with your order.

• Delivery Issues?

If you are experiencing a non-delivery or your tracking information states that your package was delivered by the carrier but you have not received it; check your order to ensure the shipping address provided was correct. If the address provided was correct, contact your local post office responsible for delivering the package immediately.  They will be able to assist you in recovering your package.

Prettyme does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.

• OMG! I entered the wrong shipping address!

No worries babe! As long as your order hasn’t shipped, we are able to make changes/modifications to the shipping address. If you need to update your shipping details contact us immediately at邮箱 or by completing the contact us form. If you order has already shipped, unfortunately we are unable to make any changes.
